In addition, the Institute may offer tests and courses in its laboratories:

1. Laboratory of traffic engineering equipped with apparatus for: traffic measurements using microprocessor recorders; traffic measurements using video technique; vehicle speed measurements; noise measurement; computer analysis of video images.

2. Research laboratory of materials and road surfaces, equipped with apparatus for: testing of stone materials, aggregates and adhesives; designing the composition of mineral-bituminous mixtures, stabilization, lean cement and ash concretes; measuring the roughness of road surfaces.

3. Didactic computer laboratory enabling conducting computer courses with software for:

- data processing, text editing and statistical and graphic analysis (Statistica, Stagraphics)


- geometric road design (AutoCAD, MicroStation)
